I ordered a pen in blonde. In no one’s universe did I get a color even resembling blonde. It was dark Reddish brown. So I would give an F for the pen. I contacted Customer service who quickly sent me out a replacement. Give customer service an A+. But then the post office lost my package and refused to take responsibility so I don’t know if I received a pen that was mismarked or their color is that bad. I will never know because I am not going to send the other back or feel that I can ask for another replacement.
This is not a product that will give you natural looking brows. The colors aren't true: blonde is medium brown and brown is black. The brow "strokes" don't look natural at all (except on the hand advertised in their commercial). You can't extend the length or width of the brow without it looking like a bad 1950's makeup job. I contacted customer service after I received my order of 2 Tatbrows - one was a gift - and was told I wasn't in their system. I sent emails that went unanswered, so customer service isn't stellar. A cheap eyeliner or an eye shadow applied with a fine tip brush would look better and more natural than TatBrow. I was expecting everything the commercials and ad videos showed: an eyebrow miracle. I was incredibly disappointed and can't recommend this product.

I’ve used quite a few brow products over the last two decades. I have zero brow hair due to my thyroid. Tatbrow is by far the easiest to apply and looks the most natural which is difficult since I truly have little to no hair and what I do have is grey. You do have to be careful when applying lotions/creams in the area to keep it as waterproof as possible. If you get carried away, you can easily “contour” with a Qtip before it dries fully. Probably a learning curve if you’ve never used brow enhancers but don’t give up! Thanks Tatbrow! ♥️
I had to practice with it to make sure I held the pen at certain angles to get the desired look I wanted, adjust the pressure with it to get the strokes, but it was an interesting and rewarding experience. So different from how I would usually go with a regular pencil. It gave me assurance with the results that I'm stunning without the pencil pressure. Really enjoy it.
This product is great. I am 75 years old with fading brows and this has been a live saver. I now don't look like an old grandma; but just a young grandma. Thank you Tatbrow!!!!!

I love this brand. I have been using this product since late 2019 after my microbladding faded. I got the ash black and I love the color not too dark. The ink on eyebrows comes out evenly from the pen brush and last all day, sweat proof, water proof and oil proof.
The whole experience was amazing! I finally have a product that will make my eyebrows look natural. I shaved them years and years ago and they never grew back completely so I've been drawing for years and I am especially happy with Tat Brow!
I love this product. I had one tube that dried up prematurely and TatBrow was so gracious in sending me a replacement. It's going to replace my visit to the salon for my brows.
The product was darker than I thought (I ordered the brown) and the customer service team was great to work with and get me the correct color. Their support team was polite, proactive, and very good to work with. I think the pen and the brow filler work fine - and I have very thin and light eyebrows
Ordered in Feb, still haven’t received. I have emailed them and they don’t care. They won’t refund me my money. Disgusting company
Worse product ever. I too , experienced it be a misleading advertisement of brow pen. It was like putting a red marker on & looking like a clown. I even wrote to the company about getting my $32 back bc that's a lot for brow pen & judging by all the horrible ratings they are just probably rather keep selling the product once than having a marketable reputation. Kristine P. is the associate that never followed through with "making things right " !

Brown and when I wipe it off it looks purple. Definitely a waste of money.
Worse useless crap product I have ever bought. Don’t waste your money! How do these companies get away with selling something so bad.
